lots of carbon in the air. water vapor collects on carbon atoms and falls as gentile rain. clean air, water vapor collects on water vapor and falls as massive rain drops. creating floods.    remember when London heated with coal, and lived in fog? coal gone. floods in. /// there is money in cleaning up the air. always follow the money. and know what the politicians are up to.
