The Supreme Court is not congress. It's that conservatives have been using the Supreme Court to bypass congress IMO. Why should the Supreme Court have the final word? On abortion rights? On any legislation? 

The people should have the final word on a ballot.

The Supreme Court should not decide in a tight race who should be president that decision should come back to the people for another round of voting!!!!! 

This is GREAT BIG GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE no matter what. 

It would be best for millions of women and millions of men to get on this matter right now. Don't wait and never vote republican again ......... never never never. This is being pushed by a loud minority of people ALEC who now have voter suppression working for them. 

Eliminate the bogus moral minority by never voting republican again. = Don't forget this "never voting republican again" requires all of us to NEVER vote for republicans. A huge responsibility to save our quality of life......YES INDEED. 

HEY men once family court gets your butts in court your personal wealth drops significantly because the other 75% will be going to woman and the child. It is well worth it to help women while helping yourselves as new fathers.

Family Court is not anymore fair than an unwanted pregnancy.

How about groups come together to design documents/agreements that describe exactly what each party will cover regarding the child’s welfare?

Once pregnancy is confirmed. No parent should be homeless or in dire straits financially as a result of bringing a child into the world.

Keep these issues out of the courtroom. Consensual sex says both partners must assume full responsibility for their actions. That should be the law.
