If it's proved beyond doubt, then yes. However, the elite rarely get real justice when they break the law. Nothing will happen. The elite, in America, have always been above the law.

Biden should lose all his benefits acquired for 40 years as a senator, 8 years as vp, and 3 years as president. The man should never get another penny from the us taxpayers again. His family that got rich from it won't be prosecuted so they can pay him back for their wealth. No jail time, no more benefits either.

Also if he is an attorney, can no longer practice law or lobby any government agency at any level from local dogcatcher to Federal level.

Yes I believe any president should leave office if impeached.

Yes I do believe that congress should not be the investigative or prosecuting body.

NO ONE has brought forth any evidence regarding Biden. It is all conjecture, speculation and BS thus far.

However evidence continues to pile up against the former dude AND if tried and proven guilty NO PERSON should be allowed to campaign for office. It's time there is a law against it.

Biden is dirty but politically motivated impeachment is a cancer. Even if Republicans controlled both houses with veto proof majorities, removing someone elected to office by the people is undemocratic and un-American.

Put him in prison with the poor souls he has incarcerated for political beliefs.....do it after leaving him in solitary confinement for years with no contact with friends and family.

Submitting an SAR, Comer added, also is "inviting the regulators to come in and regulate," which is the last thing banks want. The 170 reports are thus quite significant.
