Basically the 45 year old chef went out in the ocean on a paddle board and fell off and drowned.  No foul play, just another reminder to always wear a life jacket,

Not very smart. Personally, I have a serious fear of the ocean, or lakes...basically anything that I can drown in. I don't go on boats, cruise ships, or anything similar. I know how to swim, but drowning is one of the worst ways to die in my opinion. It's a serious phobia.
