Two sports: Golf and Fighting. All Golf ever taught me to do is hate and be angry. They put a club in your hands and tell you to hit the F-ing ball without trying to hit it. All you want to do is wack the ball. When I finally relaxed and hit the ball where it was supposed to go with hardly any effort, that just made me angrier.
On the other hand, fighting taught me how not to hate and to stop being angry. If you try to fight a skilled fighter out of anger, you will quickly and repeatedly learn that anger just gets you hurt. It clouds your mind, forces you to make mistakes. And, those mistakes F-ing hurt.
