Russian Torturers:  Beating, tying up upside down, water boarding, pain-inducing drugs, electro-shock devices, removal of limbs, stretching,  joint destruction leaving in extreme cold, depriving of food, then refusing any medical assistance — these are the cruel ways of torture that kapos would inflict upon other prisoners in Russia and Ukraine. Leaked videos from the body cam archives of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service seem to prove that observation.
