In fact, it's a requirement before the Biden slate can be challenged, otherwise there is no recourse for a court to consider.

The states conduct elections every four years.
In every state, all of them, even in Mississippi the Democrats all get ready to send six Democrats to electors even though they know beyond doubt the Republicans will win Mississippi.
What if next year Biden needs 6 electoral votes from blood red Mississippi.
Can he just say the voting machines in Mississippi were rigged, and he actually won, and convince thde six geezer Democrats down there to assemble and certify their six votes to take to Kamala Harris?
Or would Kamala tell Joe to **** off?

President Donald Trump has filed an election lawsuit in New Mexico, according to the state’s Republican Party. According to the release the president and his legal team claim the state broke the law when it allowed drop boxes to be part of the voting process during the 2020 election.—-

Biden lost Mississippi by the same rough margins as Biden won New Mexico.
It was blatantly fraudulent for Trump to try and assemble fake, not alternate, but bogus electors in New Mexico.
