If he presents the law stating that it was illegal for NM to place mail-in ballot boxes, that will be revealed as well.
And states like AZ, MI, WI, PA, and GA ALL HAVE PLENTY OF EVIDENCE OF VOTER FRAUD that will be revealed under discovery, that your newest crush Jack Smith was stupid enough to force by including such idiotic "felonies" onto his list of indictment charges.

One last question, genius.
You think that a guy like Trump who has access to the best and smartest attorneys in the world hasn't already been advised on those issues, either then or now?  And following the legal advice of your attorneys, ESPECIALLY FOR A PRESIDENT cannot be considered a crime!

Yes, Trump had access to the best attorneys and each one told him he had lost the election and went on record they were not part of an attempted coup.

There was no proven voter fraud in Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Penn., Michigan and Wisconsin but those states were close.  The plotters had fake electors in those six states meet and cast bogus slates of electors.

The scheme was to convince Mike Pence to cast those bogus votes for Trump, or at the least send them back to those states for a re vote or some crazy **** like that.

But the plotters didn’t include Minnesota.  Trump lost by seven points there.

But the plotters did include New Mexico where Trump lost by 11 points.


Why?

Fox News could not convince the biggest MAGA in America Trump won New Mexico.

Stealing elections is sort of like attempting to rob  banks.

You might have some excuse about trying to rob six banks but the one bank you were caught red handed is enough to send you to Leavenworth.

It is a long way from security concerns to proof of voter fraud.
 
If an evildoer had access to a machine he could in theory rig  the vote.

But in over a hundred years of voting machines and tabulators that’s not happened even one time, anyone knows of.  Not once.

You said alternative electors are illegal.  You are wrong, and in fact, Federal law describes how to deal with this happening. 
 The electoral challenge was by State elected officials, not Trump or his lawyers.
