1) Be 18 years of age, or older.
2) Be a citizen of the Unites States.

Why should you not prove you qualify?
You have to prove you qualify for welfare, to purchase alcohol or cigarettes.

Liberals oppose Voter ID because they know they cannot win elections without cheating.
