The West Globalists fear poor countries with natural resources becoming
free from exploitation. Keep them poor and dependent, thus exploitable.
God forbid they build energy infrastructure and become strong, independent countries.

America exploits the people of the Congo something fierce. It's bad. Especially, the cobalt mines. They want electric vehicles, but EVs use cobalt for batteries.
