So the argument of this Loony Tunes thread from the Right is that Jan. 6 came off because of a planned failure to call out The National Guard. Nancy Pelosi is mentioned. Hmmm.
On Jan. 6, 2021 the commander of the D.C. National Guard and the only person with authority to activate it was President Donald J. Trump.

Nope...it was Pelosi's job to call out the needed security. She refused.

There are several people responsible...Pelosi is in the hierarchy of those responsible.

No, it’s that having two things in your own mind at the same time is one too many. Trump had sole authority over the D.C. Guard, could have called them up but didn’t. Security for the Capitol is under the jurisdiction of the two sergeants at arms. Why is it you guys know so little about what you rave about?
