This is assuming she stays on the case. Her past comments from the bench clearly shows a bias related to Jan 6...expect a defense motion for her recusal.

In the entire history of the United States this is the most important criminal trial ever to be held.
Any federal judge will send Trump to prison for attempting a soft coup of the United States government.
He tried to steal New Mexico’s electoral votes.
If we tried that **** we’d stay in jail until trial.
The judges will be triple careful not to leave Trump one issue on appeal.

If it happens. In don't expect it to start before election day next year. On CNN, one of the defense attorneys made a point even some of the liberal talking heads nodded to in agreement. The prosecution has had over two years to build a case and gather evidence...it is unrealistic to expect the defense to go through everything and be ready for trial in just a few months. The media circus for the OJ trial is a pale shadow of this case.
If convicted a former President of the United States is going to the slammer.
If acquitted the rage at the Rodney King police trial will be mild by comparison.
In their haste to come up with a reason to have Mike Pence accept alternate electors from seven states some idiot thought New Mexico should be on the list.
Trump’s defense will be he really thought he won New Mexico, he should have, if not for all those New Mexicans down there, you know?.
