Sure, and they are capable of any atrocity to meet their ends.  As Pepe Escobar calls them "The Empire of Chaos"

It just feels like the tide has turned in the last few years.

Clearly we have entered a new multi-polar world and de-dollarization is occurring

at a quickening pace, while we will soon have a BRICS currency.

When is the last time DC *** had success with sanctions?  20 years.
