Tell me about Trump wanting to exercise Option D, which was Pence delaying the count for ten days.

Pence’s constitutional duty was to count only the verified slates of electors from all fifty states and Washington DC on January 6.

Not to count the  seven states of unauthorized electors which was Option A, or Option B through D.

Unless a jury disregards the evidence and the law Donald Trump will likely die in prison for conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding, a felony with a 20 year sentence.

And no, Trump can’t even ask Pence nicely.

Could Biden legally do exactly the same if he loses next year?

Of course the one thing Trump didn't want was the truth. He saw the truth in August, 2020 when after months of dismal polling, with Biden leads outside the margins of error,  he made a speech in which he said Biden could not win a fair election. The polls held for Biden all the way to election day. The day before the election Trump met with his campaign staff who told him the outlook was grim. But Trump was ready. He had "The Stolen Election" in his mind, ready to go.

I also watch Lauro be interviewed = came off like a Trump broken record and avoiding the topic =
1. Trump incited the insurrection
2. Trump stole documents classified or not
3. Tried to change the venue to a free speech issue = has he not realized Trump never shuts up
4. he likes the idea of stonewalling
5. face it Trump had no business asking Georgia official for 11,780 votes
6. attorney paints a charming review of himself however Lauro has never has Rump as a client

According to Lauro, Trump want the state legislatures to handle the electorate while Pence wrote in his book that he (Pence) wanted to have Congressional hearings on it...

1) where are the charges?
2) then so did joe, pence and billy...
3) free speech is clearly spelled out by the Supreme Court via the Constitution...
4) not illegal
5) non sequitur...
6) he painted nothing, held his argument and not having Trump as a previous client is very, very, very irrelevant...

That will be admitted in court against Trump.

The same kind of mickey mouse feudal monarchy styled media kangaroo court that you will eventually be walked into after the Trump show is over.
