A Florida State University professor has been fired for “faking data” to prove that the legacy of lynching “makes whites want longer sentences for blacks” as part of his long-running work on “systemic racism.” Six of the professor’s studies have since been retracted.

Our whole political system is built on the "Hoax"...."elect me...I'll fight for you"....ever heard that one before?....how that work out?

Lazy **** in a "publish-or-perish" world need a change of scenery.

Firing a token once in a while isn't near enough. Fire everybody that agrees with his "work".

and it doesn't matter which side is yapping...both are just a s guilty of the exact same thing....**** the American people over...and now they want to make it a crime to say anything about it

Yep...that was a fun movie. Too bad Jerry Lewis was an asshole behind the scenes.

A lady piano player I knew who is now dead performed on one of Jerry's telethons. They were backstage once and Jerry was being very fowl mouthed in front of some kids that were there and it really turned her off.   

That lady was a studio musician in California before moving to Montana. I saw her play in a local lounge several times and she was very good...and a very nice lady too.

I loved all his movies...good clean comedy...

he was a driven man when it came to the telethon...I know in the early years, he ran it straight thru around the clock...the stress leading up to and during coupled with no sleep would bring out the worst in anybody...especially if you have a propensity to being a dick...

you're correct, party affiliation not required....

while most have good intentions, they're only a cog on a gear of a poorly made watch...and once they realize only the 'leadership' get their way, they succumb to the grind in hopes something they want will pass or hope they'll become one of those in 'leadership'...

I've heard of only a handful of politicians that have actually quit because of what they can't get done or the job goes against their morals...

Politicians need to be held to a higher standard since they are balls deep in the public trust thing.  At this point you can't hold them responsible for anything
