 Students should have the same protections as corporations who can no longer afford the money they borrowed which has government protection once an operation fails to meet financial obligations. 

Students should have the rights that corporations and many everyday people have ...........the right to file bankruptcy. Students are being discriminated against ==== they do not have the right to file bankruptcy.

Students are led to believe that paying back these loans will not be difficult once they have a college education no matter that tax dollar protected corporations are outsourcing millions of jobs to fascist controlled governments around the world. 

Yes the corporations that outsource USA jobs are also protected with special interest tax codes ......

student loans become non-dischargeable in 1976 when Congress amended the Higher Education Act of 1965. Care to guess why they would do this?

Clown boy, if you can't repay a student loan with a job that your degree qualified you for, make the college give you a refund for issuing fake diplomas......jackass.

NO. The loan agreement they signed stated there will be no forgiveness for bankruptcy.
