"To facilitate the efficient production of discovery to the defense, the Government proposed a reasonable protective order consistent with current practice in this District," the special counsel's team wrote.

"To safeguard witness privacy and the integrity of these proceedings, the Court should enter the Government's proposed protective order."

In contrast, the special counsel argued, Trump's proposed protective order "would lead to the public dissemination of discovery material."

Late Monday night, Judge Chutkan responded to the filing by ordering the special counsel and Trump's legal team to give her two proposed dates and times by Tuesday at 3 p.m. for a hearing on their dueling protective order motions.

The judge said she wants the hearing to take place before Friday, and is not requiring Trump's appearance.

He beat her by having two million more Americans vote against him than for him, the biggest loss of the popular vote by any winning Presidential candidate in history. Trump pulled the electoral equivalent of an inside straight. The telling thing about the election in relation to Trump, however, is Hillary conceded on national television the next day despite her own doubts about some of the voting. Like Gore before her, she accepted the country's need for closure above her personal desires.

Laughing at your utter STUPIDITY!!

Can you show me where the "popular vote" has ANY SIGNIFICANCE in electing our President. ANY whatsoever??

And HildaBITCH Pantsuit has been claiming for years that "the election was stolen" and that "Trump is an illegitimate President". But as ALWAYS, you NAZI LWNJs seem to forget conveniently what she has said and STILL SAYS to this very day since bringing it up would TOTALLY BITCH SLAP YOUR OWN NARRATIVE!!

Shut the **** UP, ASSHOLE before you get beaten into the dirt AGAIN TODAY!!

It was before Trump's crime spree. He figured if he could win by having more Americans vote against him than for him, he could do whatever he wanted, maybe steal an election he lost in his own definition of a "landslide".

What a dumbbell. A significance of the popular vote in each state is its determination of the winner of the state’s electoral votes.

Trump, by the way, thought it had significance. It pissed him off he lost it.

YOUR WORDS, ****!!!!.....

So you CLAIM that he lost by more than 2 million votes, which says, "the popular vote" is all that matters!!

So once AGAIN, let me give you some REAL Constitutional FACTS. YOU have ZERO RIGHT to vote for the President. And you aren't voting FOR ANY PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE in the first place when you DO vote. Based on however your State has determined Electors will be selected, you are voting FOR THE ELECTORS of whatever person(s) are on the ballot. BUT, the State legislature can totally TOSS all voting aside and choose to draw straws if that is what they want, or even consult a Ouija board if that seems appropriate !!

Sucks for you that what you THINK you know is not what the FACTS STATE, huh, ****??

She accepted the result, until she didn't.

Damn...you just shot a huge hole in the liberal argument that the individual's vote doesn't count equally.  Apparently you are the liberal who understands.

However, the TOTAL popular vote YOU referenced in your initial post is completely irrelevant and nothing more than a hash total. So, it you understand how the Presidential elections work, why did you make yourself look stupid as **** by referencing something that is irrelevant?
