Time for old Joe to step down and let Kamala Harris save the homeless!

Make homeless people get out of cities and make them live on Fed open land. Out in the middle of nowhere with no help. They want to be independent, let them have it. Just go out once in a while and bury the bodies in mass graves.

Pretty sure it's the great economy.
