They allow the court to keep Americans from not knowing what is really going on and to shelter those that are corrupt .....

Bank failures indicate the USA needs to reinstate all banking regulations and put the brakes on deregulation plus prohibit all bank owners and managers of a failed enterprise form ever being involved in another financial
institution.

As a taxpayers I despise being the insurance policy for failed financial institutions and other USA corporations.
