Somehow, I think not... That particular "choice" would be ok.
What's telling is the very awkward way the management or spokesperson always seems to be when confronted. It's like they're just doing their job - earning a paycheck. They don't even seem to believe any of this **** either but don't know how to defend that.

James O'Keefe wouldn't be as popular if these normally quiet people didn't speak the truth when "nobody's looking". There are a lot of annoyed people that are doing just what you said. I'm cautiously optimistic about the actual numbers.
Playing against the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" syndrome.
Sometimes that is just a bad wheel and needs to be replaced.
Grease is not enough.
Progs have squeaked their way into complete uselessness. Beyond repair, so to speak.
