Who prosecutes a lawless Attorney General?

Special Counsel law  § 600.3
§ 600.3 Qualifications of the Special Counsel.(a) An individual named as Special Counsel shall be a lawyer with a reputation for integrity and impartial decisionmaking, and with appropriate experience to ensure both that the investigation will be conducted ably, expeditiously and thoroughly, and that investigative and prosecutorial decisions will be supported by an informed understanding of the criminal law and Department of Justice policies. The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government. Special Counsels shall agree that their responsibilities as Special Counsel shall take first precedence in their professional lives, and that it may be necessary to devote their full time to the investigation, depending on its complexity and the stage of the investigation.
 (b) The Attorney General shall consult with the Assistant Attorney General for Administration to ensure an appropriate method of appointment, and to ensure that a Special Counsel undergoes an appropriate background investigation and a detailed review of ethics and conflicts of interest issues. A Special Counsel shall be appointed as a “confidential employee” as defined in 5 U.S.C. 7511(b)(2)(C).
After allowing many illegal actions by Hunter to expire due to statute of limitations, and then the attempt to give Hunter a sweet plea deal that would exempt him from all other prosecution... how can he be considered to have any integrity and impartiality?

And as U.S. AG of Delaware, he's not "outside the US Government".

Obama says his White House ‘didn’t have a scandal that embarrassed us.

“Generally speaking, you didn’t hear about a lot of drama inside our White House,” he added.

If a ultraliberal protest in the woods and there no one around to hear him...does he still, make a sound ?

You do realize Hunter Biden virtually  had to sign a waiver of the statute of limitations?  Most of the China deals are ten years old.

—-While most federal crimes must have charges brought within five years, there are exceptions to the rule that gives a United States attorney a longer period to file charges on non-capital federal offenses. Examples of longer federal statutes of limitations include:
  • Federal tax crimes, including tax evasion — 6 years
  • Fraud of a minimum of $1 million against the federal government — 7 years
  • Airport or airplane violence, including carrying a weapon on an airplane or interfering with a flight crew — 8 years
  • Maritime violence — 8 years
  • Embezzlement of funds from a federal financial institution — 10 years
  • Racketeering — 10 years
  • Fraudulent citizenship papers — 10 years
  • Theft of major artwork — 20 years
—-

Hunter did that because he wound up with two misdemeanors and a deferred prosecution

How can Weiss investigate **** that happened in 2013 without the standard waiver Hunter likely signed in 2018?

A grand jury will indict anybody.

Unless the target cooperates and waives the statute of limitations they get treated like Donald Trump.

96% black Democrats with a grudge.

Which is also, proper venue for Jack Smith to get an indictment that will send Trump up to 55 years in ADX SuperMax.

Shall Trump do a Hunter and cooperate or not?

Brice you're a hack !

A $25,000 a hour lawyer (plus bonusses) will plow right thru those political charges after half of them are thrown out.  Maybe one or two of the misdemeanors will stick.

If OMB kicks *** you can for sure count on a $100.000.000.61 comeback lawsuit

As far as Hunter cheating on his taxes....I say God Bless him...it's un-American not to try.
