I looked up the reason for the name 65 project.

There were 65 completely frivolous lawsuits filed by Trump and every one was filed knowing there wasn’t the slightest chance of success,, all were tossed out, and it cost almost a half a billion dollars in taxpayer money to fight them.

The lawyers who filed those lawsuits were whores in thousand dollar suits, nothing more.
