I'll keep my mind open and reserve judgement until more of the facts come out.... The threats he made and social media ramblings warranted a visit by the FBI or PREFERABLY the Secret Service.... I agree with most, the FBI is little other than a corrupt political entity these days, with almost zero credibility...roadkill » 14 Aug 2023, 12:43 pm » wrote: ↑ I agree...there's no way the FBI couldn't have de-escalated a situation with an old man with a cane.
You have no idea how this man's killing went down, because the FBI isn't releasing any details.razoo » 14 Aug 2023, 2:19 pm » wrote: ↑ When law enforcement show up with an arrest warrant to an armed resident the element of surprise is important........
Fake republicans don't really give a **** about this they just like to piss and moan. IF the Rump admin did this fake republicans would be the loudest cheerleaders.
The man was not being smart ........
Good post Kobia...you might be interested in this next video. I believe the FBI overreached and killed a man who didn't need to be killed. The FBI is out of control!Kobia2 » 14 Aug 2023, 2:05 pm » wrote: ↑ I'll keep my mind open and reserve judgement until more of the facts come out.... Apparently the FBI came to his house at 6:15am to serve a warrant, and tried breaking his front door down... After failing to do so, they smashed a window and entered that way.. According to the FBI, he pointed a gun at them... Some years ago, few would question this account by the FBI --- not so much anymore.. I'd be interested to know if there was a verbal exchange prior to the FBI attempting to enter his home by force -- and if any occurred once they gained access... I'd also be interested to know if the FBI was aware of Robertson's supposed physical limitations.... Robertson made posts regarding Sniper Rifles & Ghillie Suits -- but the only position it seems he could have taken up was the Golden Corral buffet line...
Don't want to hear ya whining about Brianna Taylor.razoo » 14 Aug 2023, 2:19 pm » wrote: ↑ When law enforcement show up with an arrest warrant to an armed resident the element of surprise is important........

It's early in the investigation, but there are already some serious questions raised regarding the FBI, especially now that we now know the FBI would have known Robertson from a prior investigation --- and should have had a good idea of his age and perhaps even his limited mobility.... I could understand if we were talking about a hostage situation that necessitated a Swat-type storming of Robertson's home --- or if there were numerous others involved in a viable plot holed-up in there with him... but this wasn't the case.roadkill » 14 Aug 2023, 3:19 pm » wrote: ↑ Good post Kobia...you might be interested in this next video. —-Craig Robertson, a 75-year-old Air Force veteran, was killed during a raid on his home in Provo last Wednesday, hours before Biden arrived. FBI agents went to his home early in the morning to arrest him for three felonies, including making threats against the president and agents who had been investigating him for months, according to court records unsealed after the raid.
“Robertson resisted arrest and as agents attempted to take him into custody, he pointed a .357 revolver at them,” FBI spokesperson Sandra Barker said in a statement Monday.
Two law enforcement sources — who spoke to The Associated Press last week on the condition of anonymity to discuss details of an ongoing investigation — said Robertson was armed at the time of the shooting. Monday’s statement provides additional details about Robertson’s weapon and that he pointed it at officers. The FBI did not respond to questions about whether Robertson shot at agents or if agents were wearing body cameras while attempting to arrest Robertson.
