In Georgia tonight a 41 count felony indictment was returned by a Fulton County grand jury against Trump and 18 others.  It basically describes not just one phone call, but an active conspiracy to steal the 2020 election by fraud using fake electors in seven states including Georgia in a Georgia RICO violation.

There are no state pardons in Georgia until five years after the full sentence is served.

Even if he’s elected President next year Trump cannot pardon himself or his gang of 18 in Georgia.  There will be no federal stay because he’s President.

But the worst thing is Georgia does NOT have bail reform.

Trump has to prove he won’t intimidate witnesses to be granted bail in a RICO case.

Tonight while he can, Trump had better get in his jet and run, far away.

Will he seek refuge with his buddy Putin?

He should, but he’s too dumb.
