once the money boys swoop in and buy those peoples land for pennies on the dollar 

He can’t get paid if he helps them rebuild their houses

Why is anybody surprised. Hawaii is a run by Dems. They **** up everything. But I bet all those politicians and officials made a lot of money.

Bizarre that no alarms sounded and no fire engine responded to the fire.

Providing for the common welfare can be a bit vague.
It's not like he billed them $700 for heat.  

Joe is a People's President.
Maybe he got mixed up which country he "leads".

NO money should go to these people outside of the fire insurance they should have. If one Joe has a fire, nobody steps in to help him. But if a few thousand Joes have their homes burn, the money flows. It's just as much a disaster to one Joe as it is to a few thousand Joes. 
If people can't be responsible enough to purchase fire insurance...tough ****. If insurance doesn't cover them in a specific area, don't buy there, or take your own chances. Personal responsibility...our country lacks in that department.
