wrong on first count ........ we the people are the government thus universal health care aka Single Payer should be decided by the people NOT politicians and special interest money.

second count should be ripped apart and written more specifically = the USA does not need military level gun power on the streets. Every day results demonstrate too many humans do not have the discipline to own them.

Evidently you don't understand that America is a Representative Democracy, and not mob rule. 
But if you believe the court should be "ripped apart" please show me under what authority you can ignore the Constitution.

The current Conservative leaning Supreme court represents the VAST MAJORITY of America... is PRO-Democracy, PRO-Constitution, and PRO-Equal RIGHTS... ALL OF WHICH is being FOUGHT against by the Liberal factions of the Court... WHICH the Democrat Party supports !

The Supreme Courts role has always been to interpret Constitutional Law based on their learned OPINIONS. 
Their opinions are always going to align with either the Liberal or the Conservative platforms.
