Singer Kid Rock, who earlier this year became among the most high-profile figures to promote a Bud Light boycott over its partnership with a transgender woman activist, appears to have turned his back on his own cause.The entertainment news outlet obtained video of the musician drinking a Bud Light at a Colt Ford show at Skydeck in Nashville, Tennessee.“Kid Rock's choice seems pretty shocking considering how hard he went in on the brand earlier this year,” the report said.

I can't say I am surprised. The sad truth is that companies profit more for going woke. I posted data and stats about that before. I hate to admit that, it sucks, but it is true. We can't blame the companies, their job isn't to be some moral compass for society. Their job is to be profitable. They are accountable to their shareholders. Therefore, this is a reflection of a decaying society, it's not a reflection on the companies. If our decaying society wants wokeness, then the companies either get on board with it, or fall.

It is what it is. Companies aren't supposed to be society's moral compass. Hollywood actors try to act like that. They are clowns. So on one hand, I am glad that they don't try to. On the other hand, it sucks that society has fallen this far.

Could be.
For one thing, the Skydeck (where this pic was supposedly taken) is a fairly upscale music and food venue, and I doubt that they would be serving Bud Light (or any beer) in a 12 oz can. It would either be draught or poured into a plastic cup most likely.

Even the dive bars will typically pour any can beer into a cup or a glass of they don't have it in a bottle or on tap.
It's become so easy these days to manipulate photos and even videos that's it hard to believe anything you are these days, unless you see it with your own eyes.
Just for clarification, I haven't had a bud light since waaaay before the man in a dress boycott, and I'm pretty sure it was given to me then and not actually purchased by me.
When I drank AB products years ago, it was always Bud red and not the light stuff anyway. Butt Light ain't got no taste.

I just had a BL Tall Boy for the first time since the boycott was announced..right after a hot, sweaty workout and boy it really hit the spot. After about 22 ozs the flavor of a light beer will seem to fade..but that first beer after working up a sweat is almost as good as jumping into the river.
