Section 3 of the 14th Amendment does exist. It means something.  

Trump was a sworn office holder.  He was President.

The Yankees who wrote the 14th required defeated states to join in passing it because, the Yankees never considered the Civil War as an actual war, but a failed insurrection and rebellion.
 
It cost 300,000 dead United States soldiers four years to put that one down.

If you look at Congressional intent they intended never **** again.

I didn't say that section doesn't exist or that it mean nothing.  However, some schmuck can't just declare someone ineligible because they don't like them.  There needs to be some legal ruling and no organization with criminal investigative authority has investigated the event and called in an insurrection. I understand that causes you emotional distress...but that's a you problem.

A previously defeated Trump, facing four criminal indictments, bleeding money and time in court, while galvanizing the same Democrats who turned out in droves the last time, is the answer to the Democrats prayers.

But if the conservative Supreme Court with an opinion by Clarence Thomas rules Trump cannot run, then hello Nikki Haley or Asa Hutchinson.

All that conservative money would pour into the election to bring Biden down.
