Poor management they signed on for. On the other hand, the voters keep voting for these idiots. Maybe they deserve what they get. 

You'd think, with the ever watchful Demonrats and their pulse on "Climate change", they'd build thousand of desalination plants all along the coasts. What, with rising sea levels, drought, super hot weather.....all they can think of is shutting down the economy!
