A 20 minute fire in 2002 destroyed almost everything in his and Jill’s home due to smoke damage.
It was covered by insurance.
Ever see a home where a fire has burned 20 minutes?
Because he really did have a house fire in 2002 that required replacing all his and Jill’s ****.golfboy » 21 Aug 2023, 8:54 pm » wrote: ↑ Why in God's name do liberals make excuses for this pathetic little man, that has to embellish everything in his life, because he's a worthless piece of ****?
It was when Joe was a Senator in 2002.
people lost family members and pets too, they would be happy if it was just property damage, biden was wrong to mention it.Bruce » 21 Aug 2023, 8:34 pm » wrote: ↑ 'I was doing Meet the Press', and lightning struck a little pond behind my house, came up through the ground, into the air conditioning system,' Biden detailed in his Tuesday remarks. What the hateful bastards who despise Joe for breathing don’t realize is he lived only on his and Jill’s salary for 44 years. That fire was a major life change for them.
On a partial loss like my friend had, his family lived in a motel for a month while his house was repaired and they tried getting all the smoke smell out.
At least 90% of household goods were ruined. They had to replace them all. And the insurance was a nightmare, every little thing had to be appraised.

We can stand a helluva lot of that, because so did Ronald Reagan.
Joe was 30 when he entered the Senate and 74 when he stayed out of public service for four years.
At age 80 he’s not there for the glory.
He’s not blaming the Maui disaster on the Republicans, not ordering investigations, just sending in the FEMA teams to fix it.
He’s the most decent hearted old man we’ve had as president since Reagan.

Joe is a storyteller. Not as good as Reagan but in the same mould.RedheadedStranger » 22 Aug 2023, 6:13 am » wrote: ↑ Now if this isn't the pot calling the kettle black.
