Home insurance is becoming more expensive and increasingly difficult to get in states that are on the front lines of climate change.

As always, the dims invent a problem, then are surprised at the indirect consequences.

Are you saying climate change only impacts certain parts of the globe?  We have seen our rates go down (renewal is happening now).  Also, insurance rates do not impact the underwriting decision on a mortgage (at least not for us or anyone else I know who has gotten a mortgage recently).

Sounds more like whiny *** liberal fear mongering than a real issue.  If a company (say All State for example) pulls out of FL, another company will move in.  Insurance is, always has been and always will be nothing more than gambling.  The company is gambling that nothing bad will happen to you and you are gambling something bad will happen.  As with all forms of gambling...the house (company) usually wins.

Biden's failed economy has made it twice as difficult for Young Libtards to break free from the RENTER'S GHETTOS and afford their first home.

You ever read the fine print to insurance policies stacked up against those buying insurance? Acts of God and weather is an act of God insurance doesn't have to pay full amount of the home's value. All those deductibles. All those things people didn't keep recorded as possessions. State of mind assurances don't defend adapting to space mutually timed apart now.

Buyer beware.
reasonable doubt owns rule of law.
Actually how life evolves isn't understood by any nation, race, creed, color, gender, character role model, stereotyped. people living the dream state of mind social consensus says is absolute truth and 95% inaccurate about evolving in plain sight.

Total **** and you're a fool to swallow it!

There are two primary reasons the cost of home insurance (and almost every other kind of insurance) is rising is first because of Biden's inflation, and the huge spike in housing and construction costs it has caused!  Obviously, if you've seen how the price of lumber and other building materials has risen in the last two years, even a dolt like you can figure out that the replacement or repair cost that an insurance company would be liable for has risen so drastically, the insurance company MUST increase their premiums to cover it.  DUH!

Secondly, don't discount the fact that Democrat-run cities have felt the brunt of the crime wave that Biden's incompetence has caused, and that includes a great deal of destruction of property, primarily within the commercial business community but also in the potential for serious damage to housing that may be adjacent to those buildings.  How many times have we witnessed store owners on video being told to be unconcerned about the mobs of thugs ransacking their stores "because they're covered by insurance"?  And are we to be so naive that we're shocked when homeless junkies are permitted to line the streets in front of people's homes that they don't respect the property of the homeowner whose front door is just a few steps from the sidewalk that the homeless are permitted to live on?  Besides, where is it written that an insurance company can't adjust their premium policies to affect only the commercial building losses they've incurred because of the rampant crime?  If an insurance company finds that their bottom line is getting crushed by the increased number of claims, they're free to raise their prices on EVERY policy they write, or they just might choose to cancel all of them and get the hell out of those communities altogether, leaving the homeowner to find a new insurance company when there is less competition for their business, which is ALWAYS a reason that results in higher prices.

Stop being such a gullible moron to believe that the hoax of "climate change" is the cause of anything, just because you're told that when they know how stupid liberals are to accept it!

I can hear them laughing at you stupid **** all the way to the bank!
