 USA slaves were thought to have been only partially human in the courts and therefore had no access to any USA legal capability's.. Lincoln never argues that slaves were 100% human in a USA court, that slaves can read a contract, etc. Lincoln and others decide on a new anti all creation, eugenics, mandatory contract, feudal monarchy for the USA. Lincoln calls up the army and attacks the USA civilian population resulting in six hundred thousand deaths. After the civil war the government continued on with the same monarchical styled classing and grouping. Natives who had learned to speak English were classified as non human in the post civil war legality's and enjoyed about zero ability to negotiate with the government. Hundreds of peaceful natives were marched off of their successful non government subsidized self sufficient farms to a camp where 2/3 of the population died after the civil war.
