Ever notice that Yellowstone acts like a dinner bell for idiots.  People who grew up watching the "Care Bears" wanting to pet wolves, grizzly bears and bison....well Yellowstone wildlife isn't the "care bears"....they require special handling....and then there is the thermals..... :faint:

Idiot's guide to yellowstone

1. Don't walk up to a bear or wolf unless you follow the rules.  Get eye contact first...do not break eye contact.  As long as you maintain eye contact and have an offering of beef jerky in your hand you're golden.  Once you have contact remember...both bears and wolves are playful....they just love to play "horsey"...so jump on and see Yellowstone from the back of a grizzly or wolf...and don't forget to tip!

2.  Bison are big...but loveable and just love to have their belly's rubbed.  Never approach a Bison slowly...they will think you are stalking them.  Run up on them fast...if they move toward you it means they really really like you.  Open your arms wide...you're getting a big Bison hug!!

3. Hot mud, geysers and pools....make sure to bring your swim suits....it's an all day beach party with geyser rides, mud baths and snorkeling

Careful tho.....watch out for bicycles...they are the only real danger you will experience...and wear your helmet...better sate than sorry

While not Yellowstone.. years ago watched someone get out of their car and get about 6 feet from a baby moose with the mom only about 10 feet away. Nothing happened or at least not while I was there. The stupidity of people around wild animals is both comical but disheartening.

Do they need an internet troll / national park vacation concierge....for $2557.95 I offer lifestyle management, a couple of deviled eggs, and will protect them from morons, dickheads, crybabies and the "man in a dress"...in absentia of course.....I offer a 3% discount if they pay in advance :D
