There is no contradiction. I believe gender affirming care is vile child abuse. The whole concept is based on the lie one can be born in the wrong sexed body and the further lie that we are medically able to change someone's sex. Currently it's seen as a popular and accepted treatment for children claiming gender dysphoria. Until that is changed parents have a right to pursue legal medical treatment. I want to see the practice abolished.

Transsexualism is a fad and social contagion, one that has the support of the health care industry. Lots of money to be made from this self inflicted misery. Some of the techniques should be criminal child abuse. We don't let Muslims rip out clits for their religion, shouldn't be allowing doctors to mutilate kids for a secular fad. That's kinda the joke. Starting to see some pushback on the notion men can be women but it's far slower than anticipated. Expected feminists and lesbians would have been on the front lines of a conflict involving men stealing accolades from women.

Parents should have decision making power for their kids, gender affirming care is vile imho but promoted in leftist enclaves. I raised my children to enjoy firearms, to love their country, to question everything. Progressives would consider this child abuse. Need to be careful limiting parents rights, even if it's something like genital mutilation and puberty blocking.

I feel only slightly less contempt for gender affirming child abusers than I do for abortionists. Pure evil.
