It was the lowest right when Trump left office. Then Biden took it up to 14.1% almost immediately. Then it started to decrease. Trump handed him a 3.5%. 

Your fact checker needs to be fact checked. 


I'll take a look at your other one in a bit, but I am pretty sure that one is lying also.
