Paperless Electronic Voting

A bedrock of democracy is ensuring that every vote counts. There needs to be a transparent system of vote counting so that people can trust that their vote is counted as they cast it.

Paperless electronic voting on touch screen machines does not provide confidence to ensure votes are counted the way voters intend.

The software on which votes are counted is protected as a corporate trade secret, and the software is so complex that if malicious code was embedded, no analysis could discover it

It is well known that the larger the voter turnout the less likely this country will be governed

How to fix that?

The party of crooks who have resorted to gerrymandering and voter suppression and stonewalling to win elections is the ALEC RINO PARTY

They cannot win if they don't commit several types of voter fraud........

• Flattered, Fooled aFor the Deliberate Non-Voternd Flummoxed—To Be or Not To Be A Supervoter
To illustrate how little has changed over the years, other than conditions becoming more reckless these
policy positions on various positions, necessities and redirections were prepared initially for and by
a previous campaign.

Such a short historical context is to provide a sense of urgency to stop corporate interests' and the corporate governments' autocratic control and resulting deterioration of our country.

LARGE NUMBERS OF VOTERS MUST TURN OUT AND NOT VOTE FOR REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES THAT HAVE SPENT 41 YEARS ATTEMPTING TO OVER THROW THE USA GOVERNMENT.

Instant Run-off Voting (IRV) allows voters to rank their candidates in order of choice: 1 for their first choice, 2, 3, and so on. If a candidate receives a majority of the votes, then that candidate wins.

But when no candidate has a majority of votes, then the last place candidate is defeated, and in an instant second round of counting, the eliminated candidate’s votes go to each voter’s next choice.

Your vote for second choice thus counts if your first choice is unable to win. Rounds of counting continue until there is a majority winner.

The system of IRV encourages electoral competition. Because each voter does not have to worry about "spoiling" the election or "wasting" their vote on a less popular 3rd party candidate, more citizens will be encouraged to participate in elections - both as voters and as candidates. Encouraging more candidates to run will foster a broader political debate and create a more engaged citizenry.

America isn't land. America isn't a race, creed, color, national origin, gender bias, political leaning, spiritual conviction, economic status, rank of authority, generation gap above all generation gaps lived or living.

America was about time one gets adapting to occupying space here uniquely added for the time one has adapting in the space of evolving forward one at a time here.

Freedom from deniers creating social consensus that drive every ancestry insane in 6 generations or less.

Judge dismisses lawsuit claiming Trump can’t hold office after insurrection

A federal judge has dismissed a suit brought by a Florida tax attorney attempting to disqualify former President Donald Trump from running for reelection on the basis of fomenting an insurrection in 2020.

Judge Robin L. Rosenberg, an Obama appointee, said the lawyer did not have a specific legal injury to bring the federal lawsuit over claims concerning the 14th Amendment’s bar on individuals who led an insurrection from holding office.

“Plaintiffs lack standing to challenge defendant’s qualifications for seeking the presidency, as the injuries alleged are not cognizable and not particular to them,” the judge wrote.

Pew survey in March of 2018 asked if Americans supported amending the Constitution to select the President by popular vote and a smaller 55%, still a popular majority, endorsed the idea.

The founding fathers were attempting to create a blueprint that would allow for the election of the president without political parties, without national campaigns and without disturbing the carefully designed balance between the presidency and the congress and between the states and the federal government.

When Americans vote for a president and vice president they are actually voting for presidential electors…. known collectively as the electoral college.

I say most voters do not know this and would be angered.

Essentially our votes do not make the decision.

Thus considering all of the above the electoral college must be eliminated.

Not only do we have political parties and special interest campaigns we have PACs of all sorts and dark money plus  campaign finance violations. Thus we have grounds for eliminating United We Stand as well.

Further, because there is no voter verified paper record, it is not possible to audit the electronic vote for accuracy, nor is it possible to conduct an independent recount.

This is a grotesquely designed, over-complicated, expensive system fraught with the potential for mistakes and undetected fraud.

We should not trust the future of our nation to such malleable technology.

Should you actually get 75% of the States to ratify that you might be on to something.

We have been electing Presidents by the Electoral College for well over 200 years ,,, I would suggest that perhaps it is time for you to accept that procedure....

The founding fathers were attempting to create a blueprint that would allow for the election of the president without political parties, without national campaigns ........... that was then.

Now we have mountains of unethical, criminal and fraudulent campaigns, mountains of voter suppression and mountains of dark dark dark money. Corruption has changed the landscape enormously thus has rendered the Electoral College fraudulent, unworkable and extinct.

As I say, this is why Civics should be reintroduced into our School's Curriculum...  If people (especially starting with our youth) were taught what the Electoral College is, and why the Founders chose this system of Representative Government, they would understand its necessity..

One-Size / Fits-All Government from the Federal level does not best serve the States, or the residents of such.. So your argument is the Founders got it wrong --- but you got it right.

Does the Electoral College system prevent millions of Libtards  from fleeing the Welfare State of California into Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado...?
NOPE.
So called "Enlightened Progressive" Californians  who cry about "Disenfranchised Voters" still eagerly  "DISENFRANCHISE" themselves and move to places that are only 2% Negro.
When it's their familie's safety and quality of life that's at stake....Virtue Signaling Libtard Hypocrites will "See The Light" and vote with their wallets just like everyone else.
