In a new article for The Atlantic, retired former federal judge J. Michael Luttig and top legal scholar Laurence Tribe make the case that the Constitution includes a provision that disqualifies Donald Trump from holding public office again.
Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment is also known as the “disqualification clause.” It’s only two sentences long but it could doom Trump’s bid to return to the White House.
The disqualification clause “forbids the former president from holding the office of the presidency again because of his conduct in and around January 6, 2021,” says Judge Luttig.
And as Tribe points out, it’s not a sanction against an individual. “The framers of the 14th Amendment took great care not to treat this as a punishment … Nobody has a right to be president without meeting the qualifications.”

So tell us, nitwit.Trump raised $7.1 million since he was booked Thursday at an Atlanta jail
Reuters Sat, August 26, 2023(Reuters)
Former President Donald Trump has raised nearly $20 million in the past three weeks, a period that roughly coincides with his indictment in federal and state cases connected to his false claims that the 2020 election was stolen from him, Trump's campaign spokesman said on Saturday. Since appearing Thursday to have his mug shot taken in a racketeering and fraud case in Atlanta, Georgia, the former president brought in $7.1 million, Trump spokesman Steven Cheung said on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. On Friday alone, Trump brought in $4.18 million, making it the highest-grossing day of his campaign so far, Cheung said. His mug shot, posted by a Georgia courthouse on Thursday evening, has been turned into T-shirts, shot glasses, mugs, posters and even bobblehead dolls by friends and foes alike.

That's what happened to peaceful natives after the civil war (war on civilians). Classified as animals according to post civil war legality's (exact same monarchical classification as pre civil war slaves) the natives are marched off of their successful self sufficient >>non subsidized farms<< to a camp where 2/3 of the population dies. The eugenics corporation group workers absorb their property.razoo » 29 Aug 2023, 4:20 am » wrote: ↑ exile him to Russia or Iraq ............ the USA freezes his assets then takes ownership.
