In a new article for The Atlantic, retired former federal judge J. Michael Luttig and top legal scholar Laurence Tribe make the case that the Constitution includes a provision that disqualifies Donald Trump from holding public office again.
Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment is also known as the “disqualification clause.” It’s only two sentences long but it could doom Trump’s bid to return to the White House.
The disqualification clause “forbids the former president from holding the office of the presidency again because of his conduct in and around January 6, 2021,” says Judge Luttig.
And as Tribe points out, it’s not a sanction against an individual. “The framers of the 14th Amendment took great care not to treat this as a punishment … Nobody has a right to be president without meeting the qualifications.”

Consider the fact that Trump and his team tried desperately to provide that evidence in court but his cases were dismissed EVERY TIME! Now, thanks to the idiot prosecutor, Trump can produce every scrap of evidence he has of voter fraud in photos, videos, documentation, and eye witness testimony, and all he needs to show is just a few examples to justify the reasons his claims of fraud were totally valid.
And when it's proven in court, what do you think will be the resulting action by enraged voters and every Trump supporter? He'll probably clear $10 million a day in new campaign contributions!

Unproven allegations are not evidence. the reason Rudy could stand up in front of Four Seasons Landscaping and claim to have four binders full of evidence of voter fraud was because, in that capacity, he was a campaign spokesman for Trump.
