Go ahead and laugh, nitwit! And you think that a photo of someone putting a ballot in a ballot box - or a video even - is proof that the ballot being inserted was FRAUDULENT?![]()

felony? Cite the statute you believe was violated. People can authorize others to drop their ballots off if they, themselves are incapacitated. Just because a chucklehead like YOU chooses to be blind to the facts doesn't mean that everyone else is as ignorant!
Penalties vary between states, but voter fraud is a felony, and depending upon which state you're in, you may have committed fraud several times.maineman » 11 Sep 2023, 8:48 am » wrote: ↑ felony? Most states have laws permitting someone besides a voter to return the voter's mail ballot. These laws vary by state. Mail ballots take the form of absentee ballots and ballots cast in vote-by-mail states. As of August 2023:
- 24 states and DC permitted someone chosen by the voter to return mail ballots on their behalf in most cases
- 13 states specified who may return ballots (i.e., household members, caregivers, and/or family members)
- 1 state explicitly allowed only the voter to return their ballot
- 12 states did not specify whether someone may return another's ballot

nice chaff cloud. The point you are trying to obscure is that you don't HAVE any evidence of voter fraud in 2020.Zeets2 » 11 Sep 2023, 9:56 am » wrote: ↑ Penalties vary between states, but voter fraud is a felony, and depending upon which state you're in, you may have committed fraud several times.

In Maine it is not against the law for notary publics to go to nursing homes, if the resident(s) requests it, give the resident(s) a ballot(s), watch him or her (or them) fill it out and sign it and put it in the envelope and seal it and the notary then signs the envelope as having witnessed the vote, and takes the ballot(s)back to the town office. I have never committed fraud even once, you **** moron. I know how to play the game by the rules... and you have ZERO evidence that anyone failed to follow the rules in 2020.
Joe Biden's First Amendment Legal Blow Sparks MAGA Reaction: 'This Is Huge'
Newsweek 9/9/23 Story by James Bickerton
Conservatives have taken to social media to celebrate after a federal appeals court ruled the Joe Biden administration likely violated the First Amendment by putting pressure on social-media companies to remove content that it regarded as misinformation. The ruling was issued by the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Friday. It came in response to a case brought by the states of Missouri and Louisiana, along with a conservative website owner and several individuals who opposed President Biden's COVID-19 policies.
Better prepare yourself to having your *** kicked in court decisions all over the country in the Trump trials just as you got it kicked in this one!5th Circuit finds Biden White House, CDC likely violated First Amendment
The three judge panel found that contacts with tech companies by officials from the White House, the surgeon general’s office, the CDC and the FBI likely amounted to coercion
Washington Post By Cat Zakrzewski and Joseph Menn September 9, 2023
The decision, written unanimously by three judges nominated by Republican presidents, was likely to be seen as victory for conservatives who have long argued that social media platforms’ content moderation efforts restrict their free speech rights.
2000 Mules was quite successful in the fact that it open the eyes of millions of voters who actually had functioning brains to the many legitimate questions of foul play in the election. Just because someone like you has your eyes and ears covered to keep you from hearing facts you don't like doesn't mean that everyone else is as stubborn as you to continue to deny that there was anything wrong. And knowing of your propensity to ignore facts, I seriously doubt if you even watched the documentary and simply dismissed it out of hand because that's what CNN and MSNBC told sheep like you to do!maineman » 11 Sep 2023, 8:04 am » wrote: ↑ If you want a preview of how easily Trump's "evidence" of voter fraud will be eviscerated in court, just look at what happened to 2000 Mules!
I read numerous reviews of it from a variety of news sources. Are we talking about the the 2020 election, the January 6th insurrection, and Trump's role in it and how it might come back to bite him because of the 14th amendment or not? Stay tuned, and even a blind and deaf brain-dead liberal like yourself will get to see how the courts that actually LOOK at the evidence decide, just as they've now found Biden guilty of infringing on 1st Amendment rights regarding the Covid coverup:

But to answer your question: Of course I believe that voter fraud is a felony. I also believe that, after nearly three years, you have come up with NO REAL EVIDENCE of it. You have lots of conjecture, lots of speculation, lots of theories, lots of anomalies, lots of righteous indignation, and lots of bags filled with hot air, but NO EVIDENCE.
Republican/ALEC designed Voter Suppression can we say 61methods is voter fraud as is the Electoral College and gerrymandering. I'd say what voter fraud has been committed is 99% conservative fake GOP voters....some have been elected officials such as the dude who listed a UPS store as his resident.maineman » 11 Sep 2023, 3:29 pm » wrote: ↑ But to answer your question: Of course I believe that voter fraud is a felony. Did you EVER ask yourself, if Rudy did really have ACTUAL EVIDENCE of voter fraud in that pile of notebooks he stood in front of outside of Four Seasons Landscaping in Suburban Philly, why NONE of it EVER made it in front of any Pennsylvania judge? Can you put on your big boy pants and actually EXPLAIN that to me?
The 14th is pretty clear... if you rebel against the Constitution, or you provide aid or comfort to those who do, you are Constitutionally DISQUALIFIED from holding further public office at any level of government.Neo » 11 Sep 2023, 4:36 pm » wrote: ↑ Removing him from the ballots will only prove him right. In blistering ruling, judge throws out Trump suit in Pa.
HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A federal judge issued a scathing order Saturday dismissing the Trump campaign's futile effort to block the certification of votes in Pennsylvania, shooting down claims of widespread irregularities with mail-in ballots.
US appeals court rejects another Trump lawsuit in PennsylvaniaTrump case alleging voter fraud is dismissed in Pennsylvania, but his lawyers vow to appeal to the US Supreme Court.
Any thoughts you have that Trump caused an "insurrection" on Jan 6th is laughable, especially when not a single arrested protester was charged with such a crime, and not a single protester carried any weapons with which to possibly threaten anyone in the Capitol. And the reality is that the case should be thrown out immediately in the time it takes the judge and jury to watch the multiple videos of Trump pleading with the crowd to march "peacefully and patriotically", a video that was taken down by the social media giants in order to continue their ridiculous jihad against Trump.maineman » 11 Sep 2023, 3:22 pm » wrote: ↑ Are we talking about the the 2020 election, the January 6th insurrection, and Trump's role in it and how it might come back to bite him because of the 14th amendment or not? Very clear. What is decidedly unclear is if a failed occupation/sit in show of civil disobedience rises to the level of sedition. Unarmed, most were non violent. It wasn't an insurrection, it was a photo op that wasn't nearly as violent as it's orchestrators intended. Headlines were already printed days in advance. This was supposed to be a mass casualty event. Instead the only violent death was an unarmed protester.maineman » 11 Sep 2023, 5:02 pm » wrote: ↑ The 14th is pretty clear... if you rebel against the Constitution, or you provide aid or comfort to those who do, you are Constitutionally DISQUALIFIED from holding further public office at any level of government.
