Selective use of vocabulary where words can mean completely opposite results depending upon context with it.
left and right vs wrong ways to describe evolving or right way evolving happens.

Gender is a body born after conception that replaces two parents of opposite genders had a sexual act conceiving the specific replacement with a random act of conception at a specific event. Where does the ideas anything else is possible come from?

That's old school thinking. It's been replaced with the sincere belief that Trans men are men and Trans women are women. Identifying as the opposite gender wasn't enough for them, they expect 100% buy in from the public that they are a member of the SEX they identify with. Never had an issue with people not conforming to gender roles, always preferred Tom boys to hyper feminine delicate girls. Gender non conformity is great. Being delusional about one's sex and expecting the world to play along with one's fantasy is too much to ask.

The state can still DO IT,  but it must be able to demonstrate a compelling interest.

The broad term "sex" includes a person's gender.  But, sex can also mean other things.  Such as:

• Fornication
• sexy = attractive
• gender

You get the point.
