The bigger question will be is his physical presence going to be required in court for probably two months?

He doesn’t have to testify but is a fool if he does.

He has the right to be present, and virtually all defendants are.

Will she require his presence?

She already said he has to be there.
They aren't even hiding the election interference anymore.

And there is no doubt whatsoever about the facts.

Trump’s motive was he thought he’d been cheated.

That’s sort of like a man with a grudge at the bank trying to steal money from the bank.

There is simply no appeal over a trial date, and especially not one over a half a year away.
lol.
Please quote the law that gives the PROSECUTOR any right to a speedy trial.
I'll wait.

This date won't stand, and it's already grounds for mistrial.

The timing is clearly political and has nothing to do with the law.

The Speedy Trial Act of 1974 (88 Stat. 2080, as amended August 2, 1979, 93 Stat. 328, 18 U.S.C. §§ 31613174[1]), establishes time limits for completing the various stages of a federal criminal prosecution in the United States.Procedural time limitsEditThe Act establishes time limits for completing the various stages of federal criminal prosecution. The information or indictmentmust be filed within 30 days from the date of arrest or service of the summons.[2] Trial must commence within 70 days from the date the information or indictment was filed, or from the date the defendant appears before an officer of the court in which the charge is pending, whichever is later.[3]

——

The judge is being extra careful to give billionaire Donald Trump all of September, October, November, December, January, and February for preparation.

Johnny Dicksuck would get two months.

If Trump has a brain he’ll have his lawyers deal all four cases and get pledges from Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Minnesota, Michigan and Pennsylvania not to prosecute.

Otherwise this guy dies in prison.  He’s 78.

The Georgia RICO case will likely get set in October or November.

At which point Trump will fold his hand if he’s at all sane.

R. Kelly is going to die in prison.

This is by far, and away the most important criminal trial in the history of the entire federal judiciary.

If Trump is convicted, and the evidence against him is beyond overwhelming, he can have one appeal to the proper federal appellate court and if SCOTUS decides to hear  it, to the Supreme Court.

Not only did Trump commit all the crimes he’s charged with he’s admitted them and doesn’t seem to understand what he did was criminal.

A sane man would work out a plea bargain.
This is from your own article, fool!:

Trump can’t appeal the trial date, but he can seek to delay it through pretrial motions, which his lawyers have signaled they intend to do.

Have you ever heard of the pre-trial motion process known as Discovery?
If Trump's attorneys need to depose 50 to 100 people they choose to subpoena, they can delay the trial date for months, if not years.

And the only thing "overwhelming" in this case is the clear evidence that this is nothing but a corrupt DOJ using politics to keep his likely political opponent from running against him.  Trump's imminent election has you liberal idiots in a virtual panic, and you know it!

The intentional setting of the trial dates the day before many state GOP primaries is out right election interference.  Especially the March 4 2024 trial date which is the day before super Tuesday.  Glaring election interference!!!

Yep ****, liberal dim-0-crap and rino deep state apparatchiks are scared to death of a Trump second term.

You're a *******.
None of those time constraints were followed in any of the 4 indictments.

Trump isn't going to plea deal anything, he's going to win because you idiots don't have a case.

BTW...  here's the Constitution defining the right to a speedy trial.   Please notice that the prosecution is never mentioned:
The 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th amendments deal with the rights of people accused or convicted of crimes. These amendments give people the right to a fair trial, forbid cruel and unusual punishment, and require a trial to happen quickly.

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury..."

And any prosecution of Trump in D.C. is a violation of the impartial jury requirement.

What's real funny is nobody is defending trump's actions. They're just attacking the prosecutor.
Which means they know he's guilty but don't care. They want a criminal running for president.
Tells you a lot about the MAGA squad here.
