Normal men don't even go around thinking about other men who want to pretend to be women. Can you even imagine you and your wife/girlfriend going out with another couple for dinner and the man blurts out "I feel like a woman trapped in a man's body"? He seems to have some major gender confusion issues and probably suffered some sort of traumatic childhood abuse of a sexual nature, that he has never fully addressed as an adult.
Poor guy needs help.

The guy definitely needs help. Something happened to him when he was a child. I usually have sincere compassion for victims with childhood trauma. However, I don't for victims who go around projecting their trauma on everybody else. He needs to resolve it with a therapist.
