I won $100.00 in poker this morning.
So I walked over to the sports-book & put $100.00 on TCU.
I think the Texas Christians of Ft. Worth are going to skin the Buffaloes.
"Go Frogs, Go" !!

I was thinking about putting $1,000.00 down on Texas A&M but I chickened-out.
The Aggies will probably win by 100pts.
But giving 38 pts. to the New Mexico Lobos made uncomfortable.   So, no dice.
This season I am going to be more conservative.   Stay in my comfort range & have fun.
 I am not a hell-raising, whipper-snapper, spring-rooster anymore.

Texas is not far behind (see what I did there). And Texas Christian ain’t really Christian, they are in name only.

TCU is going to win big but not because of any social characteristics of Colorado. Deion Sanders pretty much wiped out the existing roster and so there is going to be no continuity or cohesion. Next year, 2024, Colorado may be ready but not this year.

College football has started.. its about time. Well, the big takeaways from this weekend.

1. Colorado is for real. Not sure about playing for a national championship this year but they could be ready for the big time next year
2. Duke.. not basketball has a first round NFL QB.
3. Wyoming in 2 weeks has a golden opportunity to finally have that dream season. The win against Texas Tech at home was big.
4. New mexico... this may be the worst team in college football
5. Oregon and Utah are better than USC. Even if they are outclassed at QB.. they have better teams
6. Finally.. Georgia will 3-peat. The reason is the D-Line. No team in the Big 10, Big 12, or Pac-12 can match them at that group.
