Canada only has a very small percentage of ****** and I will bet their government does it's best to hide / fail to report crime stats that are sorted by race.
White Guilt in Canada dates WAY BACK.
I had a HS Baseball Coach who signed a pro contract in 1960 to pitch for a team in Medicine Hat, Canada. 
Coach was about 19 years old when he reported to Medicine Hat  [in Saskatchewan?]
"Coach" was 1/2 Mexican 1/2 White...but looked like a very tall  Mexican.
During a game Coach hit a batter on the other team [who was black] and they got into a shouting match...then an all out fight erupted that involved both teams
Coach called the Negro a ***....[image that..a couple of pro athletes "trash talking" one another....   ]
Coach was not only tossed from the game but he was arrested and stood before a Judge. 
The Judge considered immediate deportation and banning  Coach from ever setting foot in Canada ever again...but the Judge ended up allowing Coach to finish the season before the lifetime ban was put into effect.
Who knows what the Negroe's role was or what he might have called Coach..in the minds of the Canadians there is nothing that any Negro can say to a White Man to get arrested but there are plenty of ways to get arrested if a White Man disrespects one of their Pet ******.

Tyranny starts by individual choices, continues when combining every generation still evolving forward here. Three wishes governance, If now wasn't eternity how would you shape tomorrow, what if we do this reward everyone paying to play, punish they, them, those people won't comply?

Economics serves both and all definitions of who's who.

Point here is money isn't the root of all evil live. Ignoring now is eternity keeps every brain trained to serve humanity in a constant conflict within their own head navigating space while just mutually evolving forward here now forced to comply with ideas that don't work in sequence of never same total sum to a body never same total sum again.

I use the concept of 20 years average from conceived to making a conception of another generation never duplicating those arrived already.
