  In 2022 there were rumors / alleged reports of Kim Jong Un offering Russia 100,000 North Korean "volunteers" which never materialized ....  Putin's meeting with Kim is allegedly to discuss a possible deal of Russia acquiring munitions, in exchange for food/money to the Kim regime.. I've seen nothing suggesting 200,000 DPNK troops enroute to Ukraine.

LOL!  Have you ever seen the way the North Korean "troops" (if you can call them that) actually train?  100% hand to hand combat.  No time anything more sophisticated than their bare hands.  No guns, no ammo, no equipment, no tanks, no planes.  Perhaps in the stone ages, they would be considered well trained. 

IF they ever even make it to Ukraine, which I sincerely doubt, they will be used as cannon fodder.  A distraction and nothing else.  Maybe this is a way for Kim Fatty to purge a bunch of starving men from his military because he can't even feed them.
