Last week Ukrainian forces took a small town near Zaproizia, called Robotine... in south central UKRAINE... Ukrainian forces have already broken thru TWO (2) of Russia's defensive lines, have taken other towns like Verbove and Novoprokopvika... and ALL putting the CRITICAL logistic hub of Tokmut in Ukraine's crosshairs... Tokmut is now only a few miles south of Ukrainian forces... and Ukraine doesn't even need to TAKE the town... only surround it, to CUT OFF Russia s ability to resupply their forces in southern Ukraine and Crimea. 

RIGHT NOW, Ukraine is only a few miles, and a few more victories, away from BREAKING THRU the last Russian Defensive line (near Tokmut)... to CUT OFF Russia's ability to resupply their forces in southern Ukraine AND Crimea... from which Ukraine can bring in reserve forces, consolidate their gains, and eventually to BEGUN their DRIVE toward Melitopol, and the Azov Sea !!

THIS would be a game changer... JUST by accomplishing this, and consolidating those gains before winter... would put Russian forces in South Ukraine and Crimea in store for a VERY COLD, and a VERY HUNGRY winter... where the supplies needed to wage war, would be almost ENTIRELY cut off. 

It would be AMAZING if the entire Russian army in those areas were NOT to surrender before the Spring of 2024 !!

I've seen similar reports corroborated by BBC, and other American news outlets... I wouldn't believe them regarding ANYTHING related to American politics, or Donald Trump.. but this is being corroborated by too many sources !!

Bakhmut means NOTHING... HOWEVER.. Tokmut and Mariupol are the KEY  !!

Tokmut is in Ukraine's crosshairs NOW...   and has been bombed REPEATEDLY by Ukraine... destroying Russian Arms Depots, Anti Aircraft emplacements, and artillery and forces... for MONTHS now...

Its taken 90 days and 35,000 dead Ukes just to take 50% of Rabotyne - a 4 square mile tiny village.

These next few weeks.. and the battle for Tokmut and Mariupol... COULD win the WAR for Ukraine!!

If they take that strip of land, and can hold it... and KEEP Russia from supplying Southern Ukraine and Crimea... BOTH could be 100% in Ukrainian hands by Spring 2024... AND, IF that happens... NO ONE could believe Russia "won" the war, even if the eastern provinces STAY as part of Russia (for a while), as peace is negotiated...

AND THAT, would be the BEST CASE scenario for Russia !!

The ONLY reason Bakhmut was taken was Prigozhin and Wagner. Wagner recruited thousands of imprisoned criminals and they were used as cannon fodder. Captured criminal recruits told of rusty AK's, 5 days of training, tampons used to stop bleeding wounds, no body armor, ancient rations (beyond useable dates), no armor support, and anyone who ran back from positions was shot by Wagner regulars. Bakhmut is now being enveloped and the defense of the town ties down Russians.Russian army needs to reenforce the Ukrainian breakthrough of the Surovikin line of defense. The breakthrough salient is heading toward Tokmak in the south and Verbove in the east. Russian soldiers moral is collapsing and POWS are talking about drunkeness, incompetence, and lack of artillery support. Russian army is on its heels. Stay strong.
