I've seen this talking head before...he's one of the most biased left wingers on the internet. Just as bad as MeidasTouch.

BTW...the left owes Georgia $100 Million for moving All Star game to Colorado which has even stricter election laws than Georgia. The left robbed Georgia working class of $100 Million if the game had stayed in Georgia.

You think every one who isn’t a Trump dicksucker is biased.

MLB can do what it wants with its All Star game. Free markets and all that freedom you despise.

Good luck trying to get $100 million from MLB without any standing. Meanwhile Trunp’s mugshot is covered under Georgia law.

LOL!  Looks to me like Trump is a genius at "reading the law".  Below is Trump's official mugshot - notice the state of Georgia seal on it.  Nothing you posted is anyone's mugshot.Image

Actually, once they enter into a contractual commitment they cannot do anything they want unless it is stipulated in the contract.

' Georgia ego judge' running up massive state debts. and the cost convicting anyone and every one has just started. discovery of looking under every rock will bankrupt Georgia. cameras being set up to catch people illegally walking. hanging cloths out on Sunday. all laws must be obeyed in Georgia. no crime must be left without prison time. state property taxes must be tripled to pay for the 'ego judges' expenses.

A Son of Sam law (also known as a notoriety-for-profit law) is an American English term for any law designed to keep criminals from profiting from the publicity of their crimes, for instance by selling their stories to publishers. Such laws often authorize the state to seize money earned from deals such as book/movie biographies and paid interviews and use it to compensate the criminal's victims.[1]

These laws have been criticized as violating the free-speech guarantee of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. The original and namesake law, from New York State, was itself ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of the United States, but New York and other states have since passed laws with similar goals that attempt to comply with the Court's decision.

In certain cases, a Son of Sam law can be extended beyond the criminals themselves to include friends, neighbors, and family members of the lawbreaker who seek to profit by telling publishers and filmmakers of their relation to the criminal. In other cases, a person may not financially benefit from the sale of a story or any other mementos pertaining to the crime

hmmm, then they can indict any rich person, take a mugshot, then sell those mugshots?  sort of a dangerous situation.

Presumption of innocence. He's not convicted of a crime so he cannot profit from a crime he is currently presumed innocent of committing.

well that just blows the statement that the "new" law will be ruled unconstitutional too. all to hell. huh?
being able to grammatically correct someone on a statement, is more important and many times more vital to the Nations Constitutional obeyance is all you can come up with?
I hereby deem you peabrain! And that's being liberal(  ) with the term.  Your brain probably would show up as a bowling ball rolling down an 8 lane highway if was sitting on razor blade.
just because I used "new" to designate the re-written laws that were deemed unconstitutional just triggers enough childhood spelling monitor asshole the go off in a tizzy.. your childish "correction" personifies your childish mentality.
I could see you sitting at the dinner table with dad and he say's pass those beans down here. and you chime in and say those aren't beans, they're peas.  I know he wouldn't have backhanded you and said, talk later, pass the beans. Your slimy existence that you have pester anyone that doesn't say what you want to hear, is because of misdirected compassion by your dad for your sorry ***. He coulda done the world a great deed had in knocked you into the corner.

Quit whining.  Even Biden has said (from the White House) the right to vote is not absolute.
