During a Presidential debate, Joe Biden claimed the laptop story was Russian Disinformation and offered as evidence a letter signed by 51 current and former intelligence officials to validate his claim.
Since seditious conspiracy has become the cause du jour, why haven't these liars been charged and arrested? At the very least, a charge of election tampering is appropriate......some Republican DA needs to grow some balls and start playing the Democrat's game.

What would you have these people charged with?  None of them were being investigated, so there is no obstruction of justice.  Clearly they lied, but they did not lie as part of an investigation. So, what?  Conspiracy to lie? Be careful not to fall into the trap Democrat prosecutors have fallen into with pursuing Trump. Their claims against Trump are bogus.

I pasted a copy of the election tampering law (the only one I'm aware of) below.  While they lied, they didn't do any of the things prohibited by the law.

A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office—(1) knowingly and willfully intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any person for—(A)registering to vote, or voting, or attempting to register or vote;(B)urging or aiding any person to register to vote, to vote, or to attempt to register or vote; or(C)exercising any right under this chapter; or(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—(A)the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or(B)the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held...

Taipan,

I am glad you won!!!  However, Vegas has just increased all of its spreads on sports betting.  You cannot beat them, even if you win occasionally.  The only way to be a winning gambler is to own the odds makers and casinos.  The House always wins:

Best Value Casino Stocks
  • Light & Wonder, Inc. (LNW) Trailing P/E - 1.6
  • PENN Entertainment (PENN Trailing P/E - 5.7
  • MGM Resorts International (MGM) Trailing P/E - 8.8

What would you suspect a laptop delivered to a blind computer repairman who turned it in to the FBI because there were over 20,000 photos and over 30,000 emails and gigabytes of information about overseas deals concerning the prodigal son of Joe Biden?

At first it looks like Putin had dummied all that up.

But after five years of careful investigation it is a tribute to the most awesome party animal that has ever existed in world history.:)
