What would you have these people charged with? None of them were being investigated, so there is no obstruction of justice. Clearly they lied, but they did not lie as part of an investigation. So, what? Conspiracy to lie? Be careful not to fall into the trap Democrat prosecutors have fallen into with pursuing Trump. Their claims against Trump are bogus.RebelGator » 08 Sep 2023, 6:12 am » wrote: ↑ During a Presidential debate, Joe Biden claimed the laptop story was Russian Disinformation and offered as evidence a letter signed by 51 current and former intelligence officials to validate his claim.

I pasted a copy of the election tampering law (the only one I'm aware of) below. While they lied, they didn't do any of the things prohibited by the law.
A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office—(1) knowingly and willfully intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any person for—(A)registering to vote, or voting, or attempting to register or vote;(B)urging or aiding any person to register to vote, to vote, or to attempt to register or vote; or(C)exercising any right under this chapter; or(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—(A)the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or(B)the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held...

- Light & Wonder, Inc. (LNW) Trailing P/E - 1.6
- PENN Entertainment (PENN Trailing P/E - 5.7
- MGM Resorts International (MGM) Trailing P/E - 8.8

Since seditious conspiracy has become the cause du jour, why haven't these liars been charged and arrested? At the very least, a charge of election tampering is appropriate......some Republican DA needs to grow some balls and start playing the Democrat's game.
