He lacks the authority to do this.  Even with both houses of Congress, such an act would be unconstitutional.  It likely violates the constitutional provision governing interstate travel, even though they are not citizens. 

Look, Joe Biden says a lot of ****.  None if it is true.  He lacks the balls and the muscle to carry out any of his vapid threats.

  Take the "Sanctuary City" of New York City  as just 1 example ---- around 100,000 of these Migrants have been shipped to start gnawing on the Big Apple, and Mayor Eric Adams (D) is declaring an emergency of Biblical proportions... Wait until that **** number reaches around 1/2 a million... 

  The problem these Mayors of NYC, Chicago, DC, LA and others should see is with their fellow grandstanding Democrats.. There is a collective of over 560 Sanctuary Cities, Counties & States --- nearly all administered by Democrats... But as we are seeing they are Sanctuaries in name only
