Smells like a RICO violation to me.

Appeals Court Finds Biden Admin Violated First Amendment By Encouraging Censorship

During oral arguments, Elrod compared the Biden administration’s relationship with Big Tech to the mob, where they never actually “spell out” consequences but “everybody just knows.”

I wonder when the indictments are coming?

Oh wait... they're not.

If the Biden Administration conspired with Big Tech (which is illegal) to suppress free speech, doesn't that fall under the RICO Act?

Hey... I'm just applying "progressive" logic here.

When is Garland going to appoint special council to investigate and recommend indictments?

I mean, this is how we do American politics these days isn't ?

Under what crime?

Your logic is flawed. It’s not Trump’s free speech under attack. It’s Trump trying to use fake electors and intimidating election workers, Mike Pence a a bad Trump himself tried to persuade Kemp in GA to throw away legal ballots.

It ain’t hard, you mental klutz. You are just pretending like you don’t understand.

^^^^^^ Typical view of a fascist.  Wants to silence those with whom he disagrees.  The Constitution, freedom of speech, freedom of association and personal responsibility mean nothing to fascists.

It was a partial victory for Biden. Read all the way to the bottom of the story:

The court axed nine of ten provisions of the injunction but kept provision six, which bars officials from “threatening, pressuring, or coercing” companies to remove speech, though it altered the language to avoid capturing “otherwise legal speech.”

——-

All the court said was Biden could not talk to social media companies like Trump talked to the Secretary of State of Georgia.

Which he won’t.

Which is why Biden won’t go to prison and Trump will.

collusion to deprive Constitutional rights; free speech.
Alternate electors.....look it up.
Throw away votes?  not the same as find me votes.  but on the other hand, there was 64000+ illegal votes cast.

Should be and would be if any Republican DA's had a set of Michelle Obama nuts, but they don't.
