During oral arguments, Elrod compared the Biden administration’s relationship with Big Tech to the mob, where they never actually “spell out” consequences but “everybody just knows.”

If the Biden Administration conspired with Big Tech (which is illegal) to suppress free speech, doesn't that fall under the RICO Act?

Your logic is flawed. It’s not Trump’s free speech under attack. It’s Trump trying to use fake electors and intimidating election workers, Mike Pence a a bad Trump himself tried to persuade Kemp in GA to throw away legal ballots.

^^^^^^ Typical view of a fascist. Wants to silence those with whom he disagrees. The Constitution, freedom of speech, freedom of association and personal responsibility mean nothing to fascists.

Which is why Biden won’t go to prison and Trump will.

Throw away votes? not the same as find me votes. but on the other hand, there was 64000+ illegal votes cast.
